Approximately 65,000 families in Louisville are in need of quality affordable housing, and that number continues to grows each year. With adequate public funding The Louisville Affordable Housing Trust Fund (LAHTF) can help our community meet this need. The LATHF facilitates the development and rehabilitation of decent, affordable housing by making grants and loans, providing technical support, and enabling builders and developers to construct affordable housing with less financial risk.
